Refund Policies

ENGLISH: We do not refund we only do store credit. We make sure that all bows are in excellent condition at the time of shipment. We record each of the orders while we are packing to prove that your bows go and were put in excellent condition before and during the packing process. We try to record every packaging of every order, either on TikTok or our Facebook page. We always tell our client to record while you are opening your box whenever you receive it, to have proof in case something arrives broken or in bad condition, since you can claim the mail.
